Harmony In Four Parts was produced in 1989 for the M.I. Hummel Century Collection which consisted of limited edition figurines and clocks. Harmony In Four Parts was designed by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek. The figurine measures 9-3/4″ tall and bears the TMK-6 trademark. One interesting thing about this figurine is that later versions of it were produced with metal lampposts since the earlier ceramic lampposts were prone to breakage. Some collectors speculate that over time the figurines with the ceramic lampposts will be more valuable than those with metal posts as fewer figurines with ceramic posts were produced.

#471, Harmony In Four Parts, How do you tell if you have the early ceramic lamp post or the later metal one?
Hopefully some of our visitors who are Hummel collectors can answer this one.
