Kosta Boda, the Swedish art glass maker, has introduced two new skull-themed collections of decorative art glass just in time for Halloween. The collections are named Vanitas Romance and Still Life. Both of these stylish collections were designed by the noted glass artist Ludvig Löfgren.
The Vanitas Romance collection consists of hand-painted neon colored skulls. The skulls feature a highly detailed red and white rose design. They are available in five neon colors – red, blue, green, purple, and yellow. The collection joins Kosta Boda’s Vanitas Disco collection of glass skulls which is similar but lacks the decorative rose design. The Still Life collection consists of decorative skull votives which are available in red, purple and green and clear finishes.
Both collections are strikingly beautiful and quite unique. They would make excellent decorations for Halloween in addition to being great year-round conversation pieces!
